Reclaim the Corner.
Build a Park.

Turning the long-abandoned lot at 2929 Woodson Rd into a clean, welcoming public green space that supports nearby businesses and makes Ward 1 feel proud again.

I’m Tony Francis — a long-time Ward 1 resident running for Breckenridge Hills City Council. This campaign is about practical, visible improvements: safer streets, stronger local businesses, and a community corner we can finally be proud of.

1) Clean Up the Corner

The abandoned site has been a visible problem for years. Step one is a clear plan for demolition and cleanup — done responsibly and transparently.

Visible progress

2) Build a Small, Beautiful Park

A modest green space that fits the actual lot: seating, shade trees, walking-friendly edges, and community use that complements nearby businesses.

Right-sized for Ward 1

3) Fund It the Smart Way

Pursue grants, partnerships, and practical budgeting before leaning on taxpayers. The goal is to deliver improvement without empty promises.

Responsible finances

About Tony

I’m a long-time Ward 1 resident who’s tired of watching obvious problems sit untouched. I’m running to bring practical, accountable momentum back to Breckenridge Hills — starting with the corner everyone drives past and everyone has learned to ignore.

This is a local race. I’m focused on our streets, our businesses, and our quality of life — not national politics.
